Collective Concepts Grommet Trim Blouse

Very cute navy button up blouse with grosgrain ribbon and grommet trim. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned. Buttons are hidden away in a double layered placket. No size tags anymore, but it’s a looser boxy fit on me, and I’m a size 4. Originally got it from Stitch Fix Bundle for discounts. Four items for $20, any item in my closet under $20.
