Beautiful Collective Concepts maxi dress, new with tags. Size XS. Fully lined, fabric has a silk-like quality with slight sheen. Floor length maxi, this dress had a blue and white print. Difficult to photograph the whole dress in one shot, but it’s gorgeous!!
