Collective Concepts, Naline Pleat Detail Tie Top

Light-weight fabric with a gorgeous print of white and black flowers over marine blue background. Loose fit, 3/4 sleeves, and cute tie at bottom front. Light smocking on sides of V-Neck, and small pleats in back. Received from StitchFix. Worn once, loved it, but it’s too big for me now. Like new condition.
