Collective Concepts Red Lace Romper, tie waist. Size XL

New without tags! Collective Concepts red lace with lining, shirts romper with a tie at the waist. Tag says size XL. Never worn because it didn't quite fit. This is fits as a size 12. Snap enclosure in the front chest, button at neck on the back. Otherwise it slips on! I bought it... and hoped it would fit someday. Never lost the weight, so I'm selling!
