Flattering and comfortable navy Rebell dress from Collective Concepts. Purchased from Stitchfix, worn a handful of times - in perfect shape. Pretty halter neckline buttons in back, side zipper. Lined from bodice to shin area, sheer to the hemline. This falls to my feet and I am almost 5’7”x. Very flattering and unique. Offers welcome!
