Beautiful teal Collective Concepts tiered midi floral dress. Gauzy chiffon overlay, fully lined. Puff sleeves with elastic cuffs. The pictures don’t do this dress justice, it’s truly beautiful. I only wore it once, like new. I love it but it’s more form fitting than I prefer for my dresses 😃
