Collezione SA Black White Plaid Wool Blend Pea Coat Women Sz Small Missing Belt

This is a really fun black and white plaid wool blend pea coat from Collezione SA. From the 2013 collection. It’s got a very interesting collar when everything is buttoned (two buttons at collar and 2 snaps at waist) with a lot of extra fabric at collar. COAT IS MISSING A BELT. There are belt loops so I’m assuming the coat came with a matching belt. It is lined and shorter sleeves (in between long sleeved and 3/4 sleeves) Front pockets. Size is determined by tag so please also see measurements. Besides the missing belt there are a few spots and snags on the fabric.
