Hi! I’m sorry you’re disappointed with your item. The item is definitely 100% new. I honestly never wore them. They sat in my dresser for 3 months. no need to refund, I have a similar bottom recently purchase and doesn't compare to it. The price was reasonable for a NEW item considering I "saved" around $7 if purchase in store, but I could have save additional $7 if I had purchase the same bottom from another seller used once. Overall item is in good conditions not new conditions in my opinion.
