Color Me Courtney Alle Utility Dress size 10

Blue canvas twill (98% Cotton, 2% Spandex). Full skirt. Sleeveless. Square neckline. Flat metal buttons. Front Pockets. 36.5" from shoulder to hemline. Imported. Purchased from Rent the Runway but not worn. It’s a size 10 but runs small and short, in my opinion. Also, the color is a lighter blue than in the stock photos, more like the close up photos I took. Condition is good, but I suspect it has shrunk or just runs small. No stains or tears.
