mistywawa @dawnd70 you just peel the protective layer off the top then you remove the nail polish strip from its backing, place on your nail after cleaning it, making sure not to get it on your cuticle. Then you press down and smooth out and it last for about two weeks. Sometimes longer depending on how hard you are on your nails

mistywawa I forgot to say after you press down, you tear down on the end and then use the other side for the other finger.
