Color block “leather” dress

I’ve been obsessed with this dress, bought it and it didn’t fit! Still has the tag, never worn. It’s pleather/vegan leather, has grips to help keep the dress in place. There is a mark as shown in the last picture. The dress came with it, as it’s never been worn. I would totally trade if someone has this is a size 16 or even 14.
