Colorblock 3D Pencil Skirt Art to Wear Unique Singapore Fashion

A really unique skirt that I was not able to find any information on. It was made in Singapore and the tag looks to say IZD. It is a pale blue grey with blocks of light pink, black, and maroon. There are 3D loops along the back and sides of this pencil skirt. There is a slit in the back and a hidden side zipper. In good condition with no stains or holes. Tag size 10 but please refer to measurements in photos for best fit. There is not any stretch in this skirt.
