Red print romper with buttons down the middle, tie around the wast. Button clasps on at the bottoms f you want to button to the sides of the romper, or you can leave them! Super cute. Worn once, I am 5'8 with longer legs so this looks awkward on me! Great for the beach or pool cover up in Palm Springs!
