Colorful Abstract Pleated Mini Skirt

Cute pleated mini skirt, appear to be handmade. No label or size, fits like a S/M. Pull on, with a partial elastic waist. Laying flat it measures approximately 12" waist (can stretch to 13", slightly more but it will be tight), and is 25" long.
