Colorful Flowy Dress

Short sleeve dress with cinched waist and detachable belt with plastic buckle. Colorful swirl design. Mild imperfections as pictured are 2 gray specks on the top of the dress and some scratches on the buckle. Barely worn. I'm usually a dress size 6 and am 5' 4" for reference. It comes to the middle of my thigh.
