j_steffen Hello there I tried to pick up my package from the post office this morning but they said it was going back out today they told me they just didn't have enough help yesterday. I can't wait to see my rings!!!

luckygypsy13 @j_steffen thank you for keeping me updated yeah that’s just so messed up because on my feed it says it was out for delivery and then it says it was there for pick up. I know the United States Postal Service handles a gazillion amount of mail and their human but when they’re making so many mistakes that I’ve noticed and others have said when I’ve been at the post office starting to get a little bit ridiculous

j_steffen Hi there I had bought the two rings from you and the turquoise one with the overlay constantly got caught on stuff and the silver kept bending all the way up and it broke off. I was just wondering if there was any way you could glue the stone back in for me and then resolder the one side that wasn't on all the way. It's fine if the overlay isn't on because that just constantly caught on stuff. If not I guess I could take it to a jeweler and see what they could do. I'm sorry for the trouble.

luckygypsy13 @j_steffen I have Several of those overlay rings and have never had any issue with it constantly getting caught on stuff, nor it branding back 🤔 Since you’re out of state you can take it to a jeweler have them repair it contact me to send me the bill it shouldn’t be very much and I will send you a check to cover the expense

luckygypsy13 You must of been wearing the ring If you were working or intensive work with your hands I’ve never had any of those issues nor have I gotten any complaints of what you’re saying from anybody else has bought in that style of ring or pendant. Interesting

j_steffen @luckygypsy13 No it was just normal stuff like washing my hands and then drying them off. It would catch on a fiber in the towel. I would notice that the silver overlay would be all the way bent up. I love the ring beside that.
