Colorful Pattern Strapless Rouched Top Maxi Dress

I bought this at a boutique and it is in very good condition. It is fitted through the tube top part and it loose/flowy from there. This is perfect for a vacation, the beach, etc. the tie in the front could be used to make the dress a halter neck or just tied in the front like I had it. It’s labeled as a size large, but I think it’s more of a medium personally so I’ll list it as a medium. I was wearing mostly smalls when I got this and it fit me well (but I’m hourglass to pear shape) so I think it would be appropriate for anywhere between a small and a large depending on your chest size and body shape. No flaws that I can see and comes from a pet and smoke free home so make me an offer!
