Colorful Patterned Mini Dress

Figure hugging dress with 3/4 sleeves that has a fun, colorful baroque pattern with black side paneling. Reaches around mid thigh on me (I’m a little under 5’3). Only worn a handful of times. Measurement when flat: from shoulder to skirt hem is about 30 in.
