Colorful Tiered WHY dress

Size M The clip part at the top is loose and the zipper needs to be added as it came off. Just needs someone to fix the zipper! Besides that, it is in good condition. Never worn out... just tried on. It has just been hanging in my closet I try my best to disclose flaws. Please keep in mind, vintage items are never 100% perfect. I don't always wash my items before selling.
