Colorful Turtleneck Dress

A fun, colorful turtlneck dress which gives a 1960’s-1970’s feel. It is in great condition and has a soft,spandex feel to it. This was originally a project dress that I didn’t end up having time for, but it is begging to have someone who love fashion to spice it up! I love wearing it with a belt around the waists to give it a tapered look. This dress is great for themed parties or for disco/hippie Halloween costumes as well.
