Today is a PM "Closet Clear Out" day where PM automatically pays for a discount at checkout for buyers when seller has lowered their "Listing" price by at least 10% today. Would you possibly consider lowering your listing to $13 so I could also get the PM shipping discount? (Thanks for considering.)

Unfortunately, PM only gives the shipping discount if the actual "Listing" price is changed to $13 (in this case), & the item is purchased via the "Buy Now" option here on the listing page.
