Colors Couture Gown

This dress was only worn once, but does have a small black streak (included in pictures) that is barely noticeable, but is why it is discounted so much. It has not been dry cleaned, so that might get the streak out. It is strapless and does not require you to wear a bra. Comes with extra beads.
