I think it’s called Women's Whirlibird™ V Interchange Jacket. It has two pieces and can be worn in three different ways. Water proof material on the outer shell and really warm insulation piece you can add in the winter. I wore this for one winter when I travelled and no longer need it. In excellent condition.
