These are Columbia Omni shield convertible pants that can be rolled up to make capris if needed sorry for all the wrinkles they've been in my closet for very long time never worn size 8 women's but fits more like a 7. They have Omni shade material very lightweight light blue color there's two zippered pockets on them this is the PFG performance fishing gear version. These are windproof and water resistant.
