Condition is very good, used a few times. No rips, stains or damage, except that the hem of the pants show very slight wear from boot rub. Worn only a few times overseas on hiking trips in hot weather, where you need to cover up from the sun or insects. Seamless crotch. Color is sand, so reflects light in hot climates. Omni-shade protection. Self draining side hand pockets and 2 rear pockets, with a zipper closure and Velcro closure. The rear zip pocket is a packable pocket (stuff pants in it to travel easy in your backpack.). Nice feature. Inseam is 32”. Nice wide belt loops. Waist circumference measures 37”, which was big for me, so I made a few tucks in the waistband to make front pleats. I had to buy a bigger size, as my hips/legs are wide. I removed the hand stitching , so you can custom fit them for you if needed. The lightweight nylon fabric is super soft and almost featherweight. Legs zip on-off to go from pants to shorts. Legs also have button tabs so they can be rolled up to capri length if preferred. Great for washing in a hotel sink in the tropics. No smoking home. I ship same or next business day.
