shamrocksuz This is a woman’s medium? Would you say it runs true to fit, a little small or a little roomy? Since I don’t know if I’m a medium or large it’s hard for me to know if this will fit me? I don’t plan on having a bulky sweater or bulky clothes beneath. Also, is it waterproof?

s_bagdasarian @shamrocksuz its a hair on the larger size of medium. I would say if your a large M or small L it would fit you perfect and have room for layers. It’s wind and snow proof but not waterproof. Let me know if I can answer anything else for you. Thanks!
