Below hip length Columbia mesh lined rain coat, perfect for layering with a vest for cool days and the mesh keeps you from getting steamy on warmer wet days. Hooded, front zipper with storm flap. Stylish for city wear, but a good length for hiking and outdoor pursuits as well. Minor pulls on the mesh from being washed with something with Velcro on it don’t impact use at all.
