Columbia Rain Jacket

I think this is the 2016-17 version of the Columbia Top Pine Waterproof Rain jacket in maroon. It's in excellent condition, only used a handful of times, but I received a new jacket for my birthday. This jacket features the omni-tech waterproof seal, is breathable (including under arm vents, 2 outside pockets, one mesh inside pocket, and snaps along the inside to snap onto another layer and keep everything fitting. All zippers fully functional, no rips, stains, or snags.
