This solidly-built rain jacket from Columbia Sportswear is definitely intended for those hard downpours. With a built-in brimmed hat, bottom ties, hood ties, vents in back and chest, and adjustable sleeves with snaps, this jacket also includes attractive trim in green turquoise and purple.
