Columbia UPF dress

Never worn, so in EUC. Navy Blue. Buttons all the way down so you could also wear it over pants like a long tunic, or throw on over a swimsuit when your back has had enough rays. The material repels water and stains. Very lightweight and comfortable! More details in the photos.
