It is17 inches high, 16 inches length and 8 inches wide.the outside pocket is 13 inches high and 16 1/2 inches wide , 2 inches thick with a zipper pocket. The straps are 9 RN he’s high with a Velcro close for handles. Gently used in great condition. It can be condensed with Velcro. .
