Reposhing because I bought without confirming the measurements. The material feels great but the waist is too small for me. Grommet and tie with a snap for waist closure There are also a couple of small spots on one cuff (may come off but I haven't laundered it) Material and care: 100% cotton Machine wash cold, tumble dry low Measurements(flat): 15" waist 21" inseam
