Barely used, been in closet for a few years **zipper sticks a little when first getting it started but then is fine, it’s been that way since I bought it - puffer jacket - shoulders, front and back, hood are water resistant - two-way zipper - pockets are soft inside and have zippers - drawstring at hood and hem - hood has snap in back for adjusting - color navy/blue *** Will consider a reasonable offer!
