Columbia rain coat XS with hood

This is a light blue hooded rain coat with netting on the inside. It has two large pockets and vented zippers for the underarms. This has both zipper and Velcro closures on them. The hood has elastic pulls for a tighter fit. There is slight discoloration on the netting on the inside near the pockets.
