Is it a water/wind proof? Do you know to what temperature it still keeps you warm? Does it have any fill? Polyester/down?

@hannahjean89 I live in WV and it kept me warm all night at a football game ! It is water/wind proof I’m not sure what it’s filled with? It’s the Columbia copper crest quilted long jacket. I purchased from kohls last year.
