Hidden mid-back vent with mesh lining lets in and out a cooling breeze in hot weather. Two front handy pockets (approximately 4.5-inches in width, see photo) - each with a smaller pocket on top (and a Columbia velcro tab on front left of shirt, see photo) provides convenience.
