Columbian Waist Trainer

100% authentic columbian waist trainer in royal blue. 3 hooks, size XL. When I first started wearing it I could only hook the second row, now I need a much smaller size because the first row is big on me now. My waist size is now 26 in. When selecting waist trainers always go 4-7 inches smaller than your natural waist size. Last pic is my 3 month results of wearing this and having proper nutrition + exercise.
