Super comfortable, flowy, stretchy, You can wear them over your swimsuits, with boots, dress them up with a cute blouse, wear with sandles. It has a waist band around it which can be rolled. You could even pull it up over your swimsuit top. Very versatile. Brand New Never Worn.
