Purchased 3 of these in different colors for travel, vacations, skirts and never worn them. Super comfortable, flowy, stretchy, You can wear them over your swimsuits, with boots, dress them up with a cute blouse, wear with sandles. It has a waist band around it which can be rolled. You could even pull it up over your swimsuit top. Very versatile. Brand New Never Worn. Brand Free to Live 95% Rayon. 5% Spandex W: 15 can stretch to about 23 Length is 38in top to bottom including the waist band all laid out. From the Bottom of the waist band the total lenght is 33in. I will not discount an item off of a LIKE. If you are interested in any items in my closet put it in a BUNDLE.
