Comfort zone/ Studio C navy blue patent and velour sneakers size 41

These are beautiful navy velour and patent leather sneakers in a size 41, but they fit more like a 9.5. They have a patent toe box and tongue, and the sides of the shoes are velour with a ribbon like tie. They are in great condition and worn no more than a few times. They are super comfortable and very unique.
