Comfortable and Edgy LBD Perfect for NYE

Silk LBD with 3 tiered bubble skirt--the most subtle bubbles I've ever seen, they don't poof out massively since it's silk, but definitely it's a bubble skirt style. The empire waist (under the bust) has a very adjustable fit, with elastic on the sides and silk straps which tie in a bow in back. The fabric in back can be scrunched up to tighten the dress. Ingwa Melero was an edgy, high-end brand back in the aughts when I bought this. It's in excellent condition including the lining. The inner layer is opaque black silk, and the outer layer is sheer diaphanous silk.
