Comfortable, elastic band & timeless

Gently used, like new, no stains or damage Fabric very durable and warm. It’s on the thicker side. Great for fall or an office that likes AC. I am wearing the skirt but it is to big for me. I have it pinched. My waist is 25’’ and hips 34’’.
