Comfortable embroidered blouse.

Off the shoulder shirt with liner 26.5” from chest to bottom hem and armpit to edge of sleeve measures 9”. could also be worn as a dress albeit a very short one. It has no tags therefore I am very unsure of the size but would guess it’s a large. Top is 100% cotton and liner has a small % of elastane or poly.
