Comfortable knee length with sleeves Dress 👗

Found this Gem 💎 at a local store and had to buy it myself! Size XS, fits me, a 5’4” (small woman) who wears size 0R-4 dresses typically. The tassels got tangled when I washed it after buying it, so I did have to cut one and re-tie it back together-so it’s NOT perfect -but definitely can’t even tell if you tie it a certain way or from a distance!
