Very comfy and cute little strapless dress. It has a straw belt with vinyl (tan) buckle. Lovely flounced skirt. Made of 58% cotton and 42% rayon. Machine wash. Buckle lost a little material (as appreciated on photo) but you will not notice wearing it.
