Has a cascading ruffle effect. In a black jacquard cotton, with subtle floral motifs. Hook and eye closure at back. I love the fabric, the pleats, and Tao's signature continuation of motifs from front to back - equal parts fascinating and confusing. But ultimately it's a tad bit cutesy for me.
