Commemorative Quarters 2004 - 2008. These are complete sets of quarters minted in those years. All coins were struck at the Philadelphia Mint (“P”) with the mint mark under “In God We trust”. Each quarter is in original Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Composition: Cupro-Nickel Clad. Diameter: 24.26mm. Weight: 5.67 grams. Edge: Reeded. In original boxes and acrylic coin holders with cards for each year except for 2005 and 2007. Each year, beginning in January 1999, the U.S. Mint featured five different states on a one-time-only limited basis. The coins were issued in the order in which the states ratified the Constitution or became states. Each coin features a unique State design on the reverse and a common obverse with portrait of George Washington.
