this Commodore vintage nautical wool felt bowler style hat with velvet ribbon I believe is from the 1990s or earlier. the hat reminds me of Marie Engelbriet style. It supposedly is packable and is reshape able but I would not recommend it. It is also water resistant and made in the USA. I would not recommend it if you wear large size hats as it can feel a slight tight even though it stretches somewhat.
