Common Projects Like New Black Leather Sneakers

Low top black leather sneakers by Common Projects. Not sure what happened here, but they are way too big on me even though I own other shoes the same size from the brand. Says size 39, fits like a US 9.5. Tried to make them work - worn only a couple times. A few scuffs on the rubber. I wore my orthotic inserts with them, so didn’t even use the provided inserts. Extra shoelaces included. Please see pictures for any scuff marks.
