Compagnia Italiana black ruched skirt

This is a silky (100% "polyamid nylon" skirt) Italian size 40, which supposedly equates to U.S. size 4, but in my opinion it is more like a 0/2. Waist is a tiny bit less than 15" across. It has the same ruching on both front and back. It's comfortable but looks quite dressy. Approx 17.5" in length.
